How much money do I need to start?
You can start a small oyster mushroom unit from about ₹15,000–₹25,000. A small nursery needs roughly ₹30,000–₹60,000.
Do I need land?
Not for mushrooms: a spare room is enough. A nursery needs a small plot or backyard.
Can I do this alongside my job?
Yes. Most of our founders start part-time, spending 1–2 hours a day.
Is the course in Assamese?
Yes. All lessons are taught in Assamese, with simple English notes.
